Each session begins with creating an energetic sacred space where we move from ordinary world to non-ordinary world. I invite you to talk about what your intentions may be, the challenges you may be experiencing and the changes you'd like to make. 

My own meditative healing/reading space is set and grounded prior to our call so I am in clearest alignment for your healing and to best support you. As you relax and release I engage with your energy bodies, higher self and my guides to clear any blockages, inhibiting patterns and to infuse radiant energy. 

During the session I will use any number of processes that I have been trained in and am guided to support and heal your energetic anatomy. I will work with your aura and aura layers, body wisdom centers (chakras), elemental beings, and Unity Consciousness, and my guides inform and show me what may be needed to assist you in your healing. 

The session will end with integration breath and regrounding as you are filled in with source energy to fully anchor into all levels of your mind, body, and soul. Telephone is the preferred medium for providing healing sessions, as there is less potential distraction from the physical body, thus providing a more clear connection to the energtic body of the receiver.

All sessions are via telephone in the comfort of your own home.
